ATM Transfer
ATM Transfer is an innovative service available on all BNDA ATMs. It offers two main features:
- Money Transfer: any BNDA cardholder can easily transfer money to another person through the BNDA ATM network.
- Cardless Withdrawal: any recipient of a transfer can withdraw the money sent without a bank card at any BNDA ATM.
Limits: Card limits apply, except for VISA and GIM EXPRESS cards (300,000 CFA).
Fees: 1% of the transferred amount.
- 24/7 accessibility across all BNDA ATMs.
- Ease of use: make a transfer in just a few simple steps.
- Flexibility: send money even if the recipient doesn’t have a bank card.
- Security: cardless withdrawals are possible only with a confidential code shared with the recipient.
- Time-saving: no need to visit a branch to send or withdraw money.

Cheque releases are made at BNDA counters.
Apart from credit transactions, BNDA offers you the possibility to perform all your banking transactions in any of its branches at no extra charge.
In case you misplace your card or it is stolen, go immediately to one of our branches with a loss certificate to make a stop payment. It is worth noting that the first 48 hours are important in limiting the number of fraudulent transactions. Once the declaration has been made, you can order a new card.
Go to one of BNDA's branches with your identity card and/or your customer card to make the request.
Changing the card limit will incur costs. For security reasons, you should only request a change of limit if necessary.
