The service enabling customers to access all the information relating to their account 24 hours a day (credit or debit transactions). Subscriptions are made in branch or by dialling #913#.

How to subscribe to digital services?

E-BNDA

You must be a customer of the bank to have access to EBNDA. You must first fill in the subscription form, which is available in branches and can also be downloaded by clicking here (insert link). At the end of your subscription, the branch will give you a login and a password that you will have to change on your first connection.

You are a BNDA customer and would like to receive real-time notifications of transactions on your account, subscribe to the SMS alert service. To do so, there are two options:

  • You can pre-subscribe remotely by dialling #913#, and then you have 30 days to complete the subscription in your branch.
  • Or you can go directly to the branch to subscribe. .

How to make a transfer via EBNDA?

For transfers between my accounts

In Menu <<My Space>> click on <<My Transfers>> → Select the sender and recipient account number →Input the amount and the Transfer wording→Confirm the transaction.

For transfers to another customer's account

In Menu <<My Space>> click on <<My Transfers>>

Local and WAEMU beneficiaries → Add a recipient → Fill in the field → Add to the list → Enter the validation code and Confirm

To make a transfer

Select the sender and recipient account number → Enter the amount and the transfer description → Confirm the transaction → Enter the validation code → Confirm the transfer

I am unable to access my Ebnda account after several log-in attempts

After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the account is automatically locked. You must wait 24 hours before trying to connect again. You can also go directly to a branch to unlock the account or request a new password.
